Senior Security Engineering Manager

About the role

As the Senior Manager of Security Engineering, you will lead and scale our high-performing security engineering team in Prague, serving as a critical pillar within Everpure's Global Information Security Office (GISO). This role combines strategic technical leadership and people management to operationalize security at a global scale through an automation-first philosophy. You will act independently to determine engineering methods and procedures, driving the evolution of security infrastructure from discovery through execution. Collaborating closely with cross-functional leadership in Security Architecture, Security Operations, and core Product Engineering, your mission is to embed seamless, automated security controls directly into Everpure's core development and infrastructure workflows.
