About the role

Executes day-to-day lab operations & support objectives at customer facilities, following a defined standard output or set of procedures, focused on minimizing laboratory workflow interruptions. Problems and issues faced are generally recurring and solutions are typically known and/or prescribed. More complex problems are solved by applying methods learned through experience and/or using available support. Activities may include PPE and/or safety station checks and maintenance, reviewing defibrillators, extinguishers and dispensing areas to confirm working order, storage, tracking and distribution of chemicals/materials ensuring accurate inventory control, and hazardous waste collection and recycling. Collects, documents, and organizes data and observations. Communicates activity records, service level metrics and other information requiring some explanation or interpretation to team members, supervisors or customers. Lab Manager - In Vivo Facilities Permanent Position | Full-Time Location: Mölndal, Sweden We are seeking an experienced Lab Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day operational management of a defined set of in vivo laboratories at our client's site in Mölndal. This is a key role ensuring that laboratories operate safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will act as the single point of contact for research staff within the laboratories, working closely with facility management teams, suppliers, scientists, and senior stakeholders to ensure continuity of critical technical services and a high-quality working environment. Role Overview As Lab Manager, you will be responsible for the operational performance, compliance, and continuous improvement of assigned laboratory spaces. You will work independently, proactively identify improvement opportunities, and document progress while maintaining close collaboration with internal and external partners.
