Create high‑quality video, motion graphics, and animated assets for digital channels including social media, web, email, and digital advertising Develop storyboards, animation concepts, and visual treatments aligned with brand standards and marketing strategy Design and adapt digital assets such as social graphics, presentations, digital signage, and email visuals Collaborate cross‑functionally with Creative, MarCom, Marketing, and other teams to deliver clear visual storytelling Manage multiple projects to deadlines, maintaining organised files and optimising assets for different digital platforms, including accessibility standards What will you need to be successful? Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Motion Graphics, or equivalent experience 3-5 years of experience in digital design with a strong focus on motion graphics and video (experience in global, agency, or regulated environments is a plus) Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative tools, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign (Mac environment preferred) Advanced English proficiency to work effectively in a global environment Strong visual storytelling skills with high attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and incorporate feedback collaboratively Please attach your portfolio to your application. The anticipated gross annual base compensation range for this position is 159 500 -239 250 PLN. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on objective, job related factors including (but not limited to) relevant skills, qualifications and experience, scope and responsibilities of the role, geographic location and internal equity considerations. Compensation decisions are made using consistent and gender neutral criteria, in line with applicable pay transparency laws. This role has been evaluated within our internal job architecture and mapped to a defined pay band to ensure consistency and fairness.
