Job Description Are you a hands-on finance professional with a passion for operational controls and reporting tools? We are looking for a Service Controller to join our Packaging and Paper Service Finance team supporting the Service Business in Asia Pacific (AP) across Paper and Packaging (PAC) and Pulp, Energy and Circularity (PEC). In this role, you will take ownership of operational control tasks, especially for workshop services, working closely with service leaders, and participating in process and tool development together with your finance colleagues globally. You will report to the Business Controller, AP Services, and be a part of the global Packaging and Paper Service Finance team. Your key responsibilities include: Take ownership of assigned operational control tasks, including customer order validation, capacity cost control, and performance tracking. Analyze results, validate data, and ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and processes within own responsibility area. Support assigned business partners within AP PAC and PEC service organizations with financial analysis and actionable recommendations to meet business and financial targets. Contribute to global finance development initiatives and ensure local implementation of tools, principles, and processes. Expectations A proactive, hands-on mindset with a drive for continuous improvement and systematic problem-solving. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent prioritization and time management skills, especially under pressure. Experience working with reporting tools (IPM, BAM, POP, Power BI); ability to act as a key user and trainer is a plus. Collaborative and influential team player with strong interpersonal skills. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance or controlling roles. Bachelor's degree in finance, Industrial Management, or a related field. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Experience from production controlling is an advantage.
