Job Description
The Event Specialist provides hands ‑ on coordination and execution support for internal communications, employee engagement initiatives, and internal and external events across Allstate Canada's brands. This role operates independently within defined processes, applying judgment, organization, and collaboration skills to deliver consistent , on brand , and well executed outcomes.
Accountabilities :
Support the execution of internal and external communications initiatives across Allstate, Pembridge, and Pafco
Create, edit, and finalize a variety of communication materials (e.g., presentations, reports, event communications, and web content)
Ensure all communications meet established standards for branding, tone, accessibility, and translation
Coordinate and execute logistics for a variety of events, including meetings, conferences, roadshows, and employee programs
Research and manage event vendors, venues, and contracts, ensuring seamless delivery and positive participant experiences
Oversee event registration, attendee communications, and post-event follow-up activities
Track budgets and expenses, manage invoices, and support financial processes related to events and communications
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver high-quality, timely outcomes
Identify opportunities for improvement by analyzing feedback, researching best practices, and contributing to process enhancements
