This is a remote/hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
Define, operationalize, and own the CRS product analytics strategy, including KPI taxonomy, metric definitions, instrumentation needs, and data quality standards.
Build and maintain executive-ready dashboards and recurring performance reporting for CRS products (e.g., usage, adoption, conversion, retention, revenue impact, and client outcomes).
Translate data into clear insights and recommendations that inform product roadmap decisions, commercial strategy, and prioritization trade-offs.
Work with Product and Technology teams to create measurement plans for new features, including tracking, event design, and success criteria.
Collaborate with the Strategy and Planning team to establish and run product excellence operating rhythms (OKR planning support, quarterly business reviews, intake/prioritization, meeting cadences, and decision logs) to improve cross-functional execution.
Drive launch readiness and post-launch retrospectives by coordinating deliverables across enablement, documentation, training, and go-to-market stakeholders.
Own and continuously improve processes for issue intake/triage, incident communication, and stakeholder updates to ensure timely resolution and transparency.
Identify and implement opportunities for automation and standardization (templates, playbooks, tooling) that reduce friction and increase throughput for CRS product teams.

Qualifications and Education:
10+ years' hands-on experience in product analytics, product excellence, product strategy/operations, or a related analytics-driven product role.
Bachelor's degree required (Business, Analytics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related); advanced degree a plus.
Experience partnering with Product Management and Technology to define success metrics, measurement plans, and analytics requirements for new products and features.
Knowledge of product analytics methods (KPI frameworks, funnel/cohort analysis, experimentation) and comfort working with data tools (e.g., SQL, BI/dashboarding tools).
Ability to influence without authority and operate with strong judgment and confidentiality when handling sensitive client, product, and risk-related information.
Demonstrable ability to structure ambiguous problems, create clear narratives from data, and communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong program management skills (planning, cadence management, risk/issues tracking) and a continuous improvement mindset; experience in credit risk, B2B SaaS, or financial services analytics is a plus.
