Axalta is at the lookout of a Technical Service Assistant to work from the Hyundai plant located in Nošovice, Frýdek-Místek . The role main objective is the execution and monitoring of the correct adjustment and application of Axalta products in the customer's plant.
Key Responsibilities / Main Activities
Respect and enforce safety instructions in the site.
Provide technical direction and assistance to Axalta / Customer regarding the use of Axalta´s products
Provide input for best possible application and process set ups for the use of Axalta´s products
Respond to complex questions and concerns from Axalta / Customer regarding products and/or process issues
Analyze product data to provide Axalta / Customer with quality improvement proposals
Work closely with Axalta / Customer technical and manufacturing teams to support product quality
Prepare accurate and timely technical reports
Manage material stock and place orders ensuring the customer site has adequate stock to run production without issues
Prepare correct forecast data for the customer site
Check Axalta´s Product Properties frequently (Viscosity / PH value / etc.), adjust if needed
Check Application Parameters frequently and adjust in alignment with Axalta / Customer if needed
Check key quality data of units painted with Axalta´s products (Appearance, Gloss, Color Measurements, etc.) and adjust product or application parameter if needed
Represent Axalta in technical customer meetings
Analysis of product defects and documentation of quality incidents
Support introduction of new Axalta products with documentation of all results
React to possible defects and solve it in alignment with Axalta´s technical contacts
Prepare data related to correct demand planning (customer forecast, consumption, stock level in the customer site, etc.)
