Company RNTBCI PL Job Description The Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) role is responsible for enabling data-driven workforce strategies across supported entities by aligning business demand, regulatory requirements, and talent supply. The role ensures effective planning, reporting, compliance tracking, and analytics to support organizational goals. Strategic Workforce Planning & Budgeting Support end-to-end Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) cycles across entities. Develop and maintain workforce demand-supply models and capacity plans. Drive budget projections and manpower planning aligned with business strategy and financial targets. Partner with HR, Finance, and Business leaders to optimize workforce costs and productivity. Regulatory Compliance & Governance Track, implement, and communicate regulatory changes impacting workforce policies, HR operations, and compliance requirements. Ensure timely updates and adherence to local labor laws and organizational governance standards. Liaise with HR, Legal, and Compliance teams for effective implementation. Process Improvement & Documentation Implement HR process changes driven by business, regulatory, or operational needs. Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), policy documents, and process manuals. Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency and standardization. Reporting & Analytics Deliver scheduled standard HR reports (headcount, attrition, hiring, cost metrics, etc.). Generate ad hoc reports, workforce trends, and analytics insights for leadership decision-making. Build dashboards and analytics models to provide actionable insights on workforce performance. HR Data Management & Insights Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across HR systems. Translate workforce data into strategic insights and recommendations. Support predictive analytics for workforce risks and future planning. Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (HRBPs, Finance, Business Leaders). Provide consultative support on workforce planning, reporting, and analytics. Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to leadership teams.
