Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited graduate program
Successful completion of relevant ASHA-approved clinical fellowship
Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) in good standing
Licensed or ability to acquire Minnesota Licensure
Meets threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges
Provides excellent patient care/service
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate well with partners and staff
Detail oriented, efficient, adaptive, and self-motivated
Education focused and a creative problem-solver
Clinical experience with performing and interpreting laryngeal imaging, laryngeal function studies, and comprehensive voice assessment and treatment

Provides safe and effective delivery of patient care including assessment, interpreting, planning and implementing treatments for voice, laryngeal, and airway disorders. Engages in collaborative research within the department as time allows, and the dissemination of research findings through presentations, conferences, and publications. Participates in activities appropriate to a member of the Lions Voice Clinic of the Department of Otolaryngology.
Practice Details:
Location of practice: M Health Fairview Clinics and Specialty Center in Minneapolis, MN.
Join a team of 3 Laryngologists and 6 Speech-Language Pathologists with specific expertise in voice disorders as well as airway, cough, professional voice, gender affirming voice.
Work side by side with laryngologists as part of a multi-disciplinary care model, and will also evaluate and treat patients independently, seeing a wide range of patients with voice complaints, transgender and non-binary voice and resonance issues, and other problems of the upper aerodigestive tract.
Candidate will also collaborate with other otolaryngology faculty/staff and speech language pathologists (including those with a specialty in dysphagia and head and neck cancers).
Candidate will chip in to an environment conducive to education and research.
Fully coordinated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).
