The Trimble AECO segment provides digital construction solutions that increase precision and productivity for Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations. What Makes This Role Great: In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing world-class 3D Modeling technology, solving complex problems. You will directly influence how the world's most iconic structures are built, applying your in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge to improve our products and services. Your impact will range across customer, operational, project, and service activities within your team and related teams. Key Exciting Responsibilities Solve complex technical problems independently and use best practices to improve products or services. Act as a technical resource for colleagues with less experience and may lead small projects with manageable risks. Develop and enhance sophisticated features for our existing market-leading products using C++ and C#. Explain difficult engineering concepts and architectural solutions to build consensus within the team and with internal and external personnel. Essential Skills & Experience In-depth conceptual and practical knowledge of C++ and/or C# programming. Enthusiasm towards AI assisted software engineering workflows. Demonstrated ability in independent problem-solving, applying good judgment to select appropriate methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Strong commitment to effective teamwork and collaboration, including acting as a resource or mentor for less experienced team members. Knowledge of best practices and modern development methodologies. Bonus Points For: Strong math skills Knowledge of the construction industry or BIM workflows. Experience with 3D modeling development or graphics programming. History of developing native Windows desktop applications Logistics Location: Espoo, Finland.
