Responsibilities
Perform monthly bank reconciliations in BlackLine; ensure completeness, accuracy, and on-time completion.
Investigate and resolve reconciling items (unidentified receipts, payment exceptions, bank fees, chargebacks, timing differences); coordinate resolution with Treasury, AP, AR, Payroll, and Intercompany Team.
Prepare / post journal entries in SAP when required (bank fees, corrections, reclasses), following approval workflows.
Maintain and monitor aging; ensure timely clearance of items and escalate breaches of thresholds/SLAs.
Support month-end close activities (cash balance validation, subledger/clearing account tie-outs where applicable).
Create and maintain SOPs/work instructions; train junior staff and support onboarding.
Identify root causes for recurring breaks and propose fixes (process changes, master data updates, BlackLine matching rules, SAP posting logic).
Produce basic KPIs (on-time rate, aged items, exception volumes) and provide commentary to the manager.
About You
You're a fit for the role of Senior Accounting Analyst (Bank) if you have the following required qualifications:
Required qualifications
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
3-5+ years of experience in bank reconciliations, cash accounting, GL accounting, or shared services/GBS.
Good English (B2+ / business level) for documentation and cross-country collaboration.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet close deadlines.
Preferred / nice to have
Hands-on experience with SAP (FI/GL/bank-related postings) and BlackLine (reconciliations; matching is a plus).
Experience in SOX/control environments and audit support.
Exposure to Treasury processes and bank interfaces.
Advanced Excel; Power BI/Tableau is a plus.

For Poland, the base compensation range for this role is 84,000 PLN - 156,000 PLN.
This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
