Bring your energy to Aggreko as a Warehouse Operative - Stores based in our Lomondgate Production Facility. As a Warehouse Operative, you will support day to day operations by ensuring the accuracy, availability, and security of warehouse inventory, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance visibility and efficiency across the business The role will require flexibility in working hours across Dayshift, Nightshift and Overtime when the plan requires it. What you'll do as a Warehouse Operative: Accurately receive, inspect, label, and store goods, ensuring all deliveries match purchase orders Pick, kit, and dispatch parts to support production and operational demands Manage stock movements using M3 and Factory Track, maintaining accurate and reliable inventory records Conduct regular cycle counts and stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy Collaborate with internal teams to resolve delivery issues and meet urgent material requirements Maintain high standards of safety, housekeeping, and compliance, including operating FLTs where required You are: Strong communication skills, with confidence to collaborate across a large, cross-functional supply chain team A proactive, team-focused mindset with a flexible and positive approach High attention to detail when handling stock, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records Experience within a manufacturing or warehouse environment, with the ability to prioritise and stay organised in a fast-paced setting Confident using IT systems, including Microsoft Office and warehouse/ERP systems (M3 or Factory Track experience advantageous) Forklift (FLT) experience desirable, with a willingness to learn and support shift work, overtime, and multi-site operations Here's what you'll get: A highly competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including a generous pension plan, annual bonus opportunities, and Life Assurance.
