What will you be doing? As a People Advisory Consultant, you will work closely with people leaders across all functions and defined geographies, providing and implementing HR support aligned to corporate HR policies and processes at country and cluster level. You will advise, support and coach managers and employees across the full range of employment policies, including performance management, employee development, career and capability topics. You will support HR Business Partners and Centres of Expertise on projects linked to organisational design, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, development and change initiatives, as well as cyclical HR programmes such as salary reviews, performance reviews and workforce planning. The role also focuses on individual and collective employee relations, coaching managers to build trust based relationships and manage employee relations matters effectively. Working as part of a wider team, you will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at improving service capability, performance and cost efficiency, while ensuring high quality, compliant and consistent HR service delivery. Proven experience in a generalist HR role, with a strong working knowledge of employment laws and practices relevant to a specific country or region, and the ability to apply these confidently in day to day advisory work (min. 5 years) Demonstrated ability to coach and influence managers on employee relations, performance management, attendance, disciplinary and grievance matters, managing cases through to resolution in a professional and timely manner Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with experience using HR systems and management information to identify trends, assess risk and support continuous improvement initiatives Excellent communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to operate effectively across a matrix organisation, maintain confidentiality and demonstrate integrity in all interactions Excellent English, written and spoken (C1) The anticipated gross annual base compensation range for this position is 159,500-239,250 PLN. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on objective, job related factors including (but not limited to) relevant skills, qualifications and experience, scope and responsibilities of the role, geographic location and internal equity considerations. Compensation decisions are made using consistent and gender neutral criteria, in line with applicable pay transparency laws.
