Failure to meet basic qualification requirements, specialized experience, and all mandatory technicalqualifications may result in disqualification. You must have at least one year of specialized experience related to this position. Specialized experience includes: Analyzing local, state, and federal policies related to homelessness, including housing, healthcare, public safety, and social services policies. Assessing the effectiveness of existing homelessness prevention and intervention programs at the local, state, and federal levels. Develop and implement public awareness campaigns aimed at mobilizing support for solutions. Collaborate with CPD's communications team to promote messaging that highlights effective homelessness interventions. MANDATORY TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS (MTQs): To meet the minimum qualifications for this position, candidates must possess specialized experience at a senior level (GS-15 level or equivalent) which demonstrates ability to perform the duties of the position, including progressively broad and complex experience directly related to the skills and abilities outlined under the Mandatory Technical Qualifications (MTQs) below. Failure to meet any of the MTQs will eliminate you from further consideration. . Mandatory Technical Qualifications (MTQs): MTQ 1 - Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing policies, strategic plans, and initiatives aimed at driving outcomes and self-sufficiency within the federal housing programs. MTQ 2 - Demonstrated experience building and maintaining strong partnerships with diverse stakeholders, including government agencies, non-profit organizations, and community leaders. MTQ 3 - Demonstrated experience using data collection, analysis, performance metrics, evaluation frameworks, and policy decisions to ensure continuous improvement in CPD's homelessness initiatives. Time-in-grade requirements do not apply to SL positions.
