About you: You design learning that people actually enjoy and remember. You bring together user experience thinking and adult learning principles to create simple, effective content that helps customers get the most from our Access software and helps colleagues build their skills. You're comfortable working with different teams and turning complex ideas into clear, engaging learning experiences. You're curious, practical and always looking for ways to improve how we learn and grow. Day-to-day you will: Work with stakeholders across global projects, shaping learning from early ideas through to delivery and evaluation. Choose the right learning approach for each need, using your understanding of how adults learn to drive the best outcomes. Collaborate with subject matter experts and product teams to keep content accurate, relevant and up to date. Create engaging, media-rich learning using modern tools, and manage content through our Learning Management System (LMS). Your skills and experiences might also include: Experience in user experience design and applying adult learning theory in practice. Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics and tell clear, compelling stories. Confidence influencing and building relationships, with a practical and thoughtful approach to problem-solving. Experience creating SCORM content (a standard format for e-learning), video and audio using tools like Rise, Evolve, Camtasia, Photoshop and ElevenLabs. What are we all about?
