Scope of Position
The Senior EHS Manager- Compliance Assurance, is responsible for ensuring organizational adherence to all applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations. This role is responsible for leading compliance audits, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain a safe and sustainable workplace. The ideal candidate combines regulatory expertise with strong leadership and communication skills to drive a culture of proactive compliance and operational excellence. This position can be in any Watts, US location. This is not a remote opportunity and may include 25-50% travel.
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities
Monitor regulatory changes and assess the potential impact on the organization.
Maintain EHS compliance programs aligned with national, regional, and local regulations and update, as necessary, to ensure compliance.
Support sites globally relative to legal obligations, company requirements, and other obligations.
Lead the internal EHS audit program including (1) auditor development/training, (2) scheduling, (3) executing, and (4) effectiveness for the globally organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS requirements into business processes and projects.
Support EHS integration post M&A activities
Lead onboarding for new hired EHS professionals
Deliver training and awareness programs to promote compliance and safety culture.
Develop key performance indicators (KPIs), data analytics, and execute trend analysis across the global organization.
Implementing the EHS Framework program consistency across the globe with follow-on gap planning
Lead the global ISO14001 Environmental Management System certification and ISO45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System and certifications.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding environmental and safety practices.
Analyze the effectiveness of the EHS program against business KPIs
Lead the identification of environmental risks & opportunities and work with other functional and operating teams to execute improvement plans.
Assume responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned by the VP, EHS or Company management .

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
7+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience with EHS management systems and audit protocols.
