Depending on your experience, you'll: Advise, Solve & Drive Outcomes Prepare and review corporate income tax returns and tax effect accounting workpapers Provide practical, commercial tax advice supported by research and technical analysis Contribute to structuring, financing and transactional tax matters, including M&A Draft advice and reports that turn complexity into clarity Lead, Mentor & Grow Others (Manager level and aspiring leaders) Manage and develop junior team members Deliver in‑house technical training Support Partners in managing engagement delivery and client relationships Engage Clients & Build Relationships Act as a proactive problem solver and trusted adviser Manage expectations, identify risks and escalate matters where required Spot opportunities to add value across RSM's service lines About you: We are looking for Corporate Tax professionals who bring strong technical capability, commercial thinking, and a collaborative spirit. For Assistant Manager level: ~4-5 years' experience in Professional Services Strong communication and stakeholder skills Ability to work autonomously and within a team Solid technical understanding across corporate tax concepts (e.g., thin cap, consolidation, debt/equity, CDF) For Manager level: ~5-7 years' experience in tax advisory, ideally within Professional Services Experience managing and developing junior team members Ability to deliver pragmatic, commercially relevant client advice Confidence leading engagements and managing client expectations
