Bachelor's Degree Engineering Program that is accredited through the Engineering Accreditation Commission Required

Job Summary
Help shape the future of energy, before it's built. As an Engineer II on the Grid Planning team, you'll play a key role in defining where and how new generation resources like wind, solar, battery, and gas come online. From early-stage strategy through interconnection with MISO, you'll be at the front end of critical decisions that drive reliability and growth across the grid.
In this role, you'll take on a mix of moderately complex to in-depth engineering work, supporting the planning, design, and development of systems across generation, transmission, and distribution. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams and industry partners while contributing to high-impact projects.
