Responsibilities
Perform monthly tax accounts reconciliations in BlackLine; ensure completeness, accuracy, and on-time completion.
Match open items with supporting documentation; research common differences (timing items, duplicate entries, returned payments).
Raise and track requests to upstream teams (Legal Entity Controllers/Treasury/ITX team) to obtain missing information and resolve open items.
Maintain reconciliation documentation and evidence (support files, notes) per control standards.
Perform routine clearing activities (approved write-offs/reclasses if applicable/corrections) and prepare/post journal entry.
Monitor aged items and escalate issues that exceed defined thresholds.
Support month-end close activities (tax balances validation, subledger/clearing account tie-outs where applicable) by completing assigned tasks within the close calendar.
Follow SOPs and contribute to process improvements by flagging recurring issues and suggesting simplifications.
About You
You're a fit for the role of an Accounting Analyst if you have the required qualifications:
Required qualifications
Degree (or final-year student) in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2-3 years of relevant experience (internship/entry-level in accounting operations is acceptable).
Interest in reconciliations, tax processes, and controls; strong attention to detail.
Good English (B2+ / business level) for working in a multinational environment.
Willingness to learn SAP and BlackLine (experience with either is a strong plus).
Preferred / nice to have
Prior exposure to ERP systems, shared services/GBS, or accounting internships.
Solid Excel skills.

For Poland, the base compensation range for this role is 67,900 PLN - 126,100 PLN.
This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.

Additional Information
Support the tax accounts reconciliation process by preparing reconciliations, clearing standard reconciling items, and maintaining documentation in BlackLine (and SAP as applicable). Works under guidance of senior analysts/manager, learns the end-to-end process, and ensures tasks are completed accurately and on time.
