Identify unsafe conditions and stop work when necessary.
Investigate incidents and ensure proper investigation, reporting and corrective actions.
Support environmental protection measures, including spill prevention, waste management, and site controls.
Support in the development and/or review of site-specific safety plans.
ESPC Construction Execution
Oversee construction of Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs), including HVAC, electrical, controls, lighting, renewable energy, and related systems.
Ensure installations comply with approved drawings, specifications.
Coordinate construction phasing in occupied or mission‑critical facilities to minimize disruption.
Support achievement of substantial performance, construction completion, and final acceptance milestones.
Subcontractor & Trade Management
Conduct subcontractor kickoff meetings with detailed site requirements.
Review and approve daily work plans and manpower allocations.
Monitor subcontractor productivity, workmanship, safety, and schedule performance.
Resolve trade conflicts and coordinate interdependent activities.
Enforce site quality standards and contract requirements.
Manage and maintain contractor RFI and CCN logs.
Verify completed work quantities for payment certification.
