Main Responsibilities This role is responsible for driving innovation and operational excellence within the Personal Care business in Indonesia by managing Collaborative Manufacturing (CM) operations, leading BG-driven new product development (NPD) launches, and shaping long-term capacity strategies for Skin Cleansing, Deodorants, and Baby Care categories. The position ensures agility, compliance, and strategic capacity readiness to support business growth objectives. Collaborative Manufacturing Partner with co-manufacturers to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Optimize performance, compliance, and cost efficiency across external manufacturing operations. Work closely with the planning team to ensure seamless service delivery and supply continuity. Innovation Project Management Lead end-to-end planning and execution of BG-led NPD launches, ensuring on-time and in-full delivery. Drive cross-functional collaboration and risk mitigation to enable successful product introductions. Support in supplier and sourcing unit (inhouse & CM) capability development for premium innovation readiness. Long-Term Capacity Planning Support strategic capacity planning to align with future growth and innovation pipeline. Analyze demand forecasts and production capabilities to identify capacity gaps and risks. Contribute to investment proposals for capacity expansion and modernization initiatives.
