Position Summary The Service Line Supervisor assumes accountability for the patient care, operational and human resource management in the OR. Position assists with the quality of care measurement standards provided by the OR. Position supervises OR staff and ensures staff education needs and staff compliance with mandatories are met consistently and timely. Position functions as liaison between physicians, physician offices and hospital to develop strong, efficient working relationships. Provides collaborative support between the Operating Room, Same Day Surgical, SET, and PAC U units departmental/staff functions/issues as needed. Current/valid State of New Jersey license (or legal permission to work from the New Jersey Board of Nursing. ACLS, BLS & PALS through American Heart Association required.
