Work Shift 1 - First Shift Job Summary Are you the type of person who loves to weld and use your skills to develop the next generation of welders? In this role you will assist the recruiting team in the hiring process by using established assessments to evaluate potential candidates, train new and existing Vermeer welders, and perform quality assurance audits throughout the plant. We're looking for someone who is passionate about ensuring Vermeer quality standards are met in our welding processes, as well as team member development and engagement.
