Reporting to the Regional Manager and supported by a network of enthusiastic branch managers and product specialists, you will use your knowledge and experience of the industry to:
Deliver operational excellence by leading day‑to‑day branch operations with a customer and inventory focused approach.
Managing financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, margins, and commercial decision-making.
Building strong customer relationships through regular sales calls, solution selling, and market engagement.
Working closely with the wider regional and national teams to align performance and share insights.
Coaching, supporting, and developing your people, lifting performance while creating a positive, engaged team culture.
Requirements
Proven experience in the heavy automotive or related field
Effective communication and team building capability.
Knowledge of delivering branch sales plans and associated initiatives
Confidence with financials, understanding branch performance, budgets, profit and loss and commercial levers.
Experience engaging with customers in both B2B and B2C environments.
A natural communicator with the drive to grow business and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
