Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
Digital Marketing certification (e.g., Google Digital Marketing, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint) desirable.
Polish native and professional English are required.
Social Media Marketing certification desirable.
2-4 years of professional experience in marketing, digital marketing, or communications.
Proven experience managing social media channels and digital campaigns.
Experience with content creation, copywriting, and content management systems.
Experience in B2B marketing, preferably in automotive, aftermarket, or dealer network environments.
Experience with event planning and execution.
Experience working with external agencies and managing vendor relationships.
Highly organized and results‑driven professional, experienced in managing multiple projects, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering customer‑focused outcomes in a dynamic environment.
Technical skills:
Microsoft Office Suite: Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
E-Billing and SAP: Ability to learn and work with financial systems for invoicing and cost management.
