We are looking for an IT Service Desk Agent to join our EMEA IT team in Poland.
In this role, you will provide first-line IT support to employees across the EMEA region and act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for all IT incidents and requests. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth business operations by delivering high-quality support and collaborating with internal IT teams.
Responsibilities
Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for IT support via phone, chat, email, and service portal
Provide first-line IT support across various technologies (hardware, applications, telephony, mobile devices, etc.)
Log, categorize, assign, and track incidents and service requests in line with SLA requirements
Resolve issues or escalate to L2/L3 teams when needed
Support incident, problem, change, knowledge, user access management processes
Identify and support handling of major incidents
Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to knowledge Base articles improvements
Monitor KPIs, SLAs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Cooperate with internal stakeholders and IT teams across the organization
Support IT projects, system changes, and service enhancements
ABOUT YOU
Experience in IT Service Desk, technical support, or customer service
Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
Fluency in French and English
Good understanding of IT fundamentals and technologies
Strong problem-solving skills
Team player with proactive and solution-oriented attitude
Experience with ITIL processes (preferred or willingness to learn)
Ability to organize work and manage multiple tasks effectively
ABOUT OUR WORKPLACE

Shift system from Monday to Friday, 7:00-15:00 and/or 10:00-18:00
