Project Scope & Description
We are looking for a strategic marketing professional with strong communication and change management capabilities to support the implementation of a new Global Marketing Operations Hub in Europe.
In this role, you will partner closely with the Global Hub team to understand the hub design and lead local market implementation. You will coordinate communication, stakeholder engagement, and operational execution to ensure a smooth transition that strengthens-rather than disrupts-marketing impact.
You will act as a key connector between global and local teams, helping align expectations, build trust, and translate strategy into clear, actionable plans. Throughout the transition, you will be supported by the central Marketing Operations Hub team, including access to established change management and communication materials.
