Requirements

5+ years of experience owning product design end-to-end.

A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end, user-centered design work, from research and problem framing to iteration and polished, production-ready interfaces.

Proven ability to translate complex or technical systems into clear, intuitive user experiences.

High ownership mentality. You move quickly, make decisions with imperfect information, and iterate based on real user feedback.

Strong interest in AI-powered products. Experience designing AI systems is a plus.

Experience working at an early-stage or fast-scaling startup.

Olivia (product designer) . She's also an artist, with her work previously shown in the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York and graduated from Princeton.
