Position Overview
Our construction team plays a critical role in delivering high-quality commercial refrigeration installations from blueprint to completion. Whether you're learning the trade, leading a crew in the field, or managing multiple projects, you'll be part of a team committed to safety, efficiency, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities (Role-Dependent)
Depending on your experience level and position, responsibilities may include:
Assisting with or leading refrigeration installation projects
Reading and executing blueprints and construction drawings
Building walk-ins and reach-ins
Running line sets, brazing, and completing electrical connections
Coordinating manpower, materials, and equipment
Managing project timelines and schedules
Monitoring job costs and material usage
Participating in job site and department meetings
Maintaining job site safety and enforcing PPE protocols
Performing quality control checks to meet company standards
Training and mentoring team members
