This role focuses on hands-on research execution, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering clear, structured recommendations that directly inform product decisions. As part of Alcon's Digital function, you will contribute to building intuitive, data-informed, and user-centered digital experiences across our product ecosystem. This role is ideal for a UX Researcher who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and enjoys turning complex data into practical product insights at our Fort Worth, TX or Warsaw, Poland site . In this role a typical day will include:
Plan and execute end-to-end UX research across the product lifecycle, from discovery to validation.
Apply a mix of qualitative and quantitative methods (e.g., interviews, usability testing, surveys, analytics review).
Analyze user behavior and product performance data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
Translate research findings and analytics into clear, actionable recommendations for Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
Synthesize complex information into simple, structured, and easy-to-consume outputs for stakeholders.
Collaborate cross-functionally to inform product decisions and prioritization.
Contribute to improving research workflows, templates, and best practices within a growing UX practice.
Support iterative product development through continuous feedback and validation.
Explore and apply AI tools or emerging technologies to improve research efficiency and insight generation.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +13 yrs;Assoc.+9 yrs; M.S.+2 yrs; PhD+0 yrs)
The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
5 Years of Relevant Experience
5 years of experience in UX Research, Product Research, or a related field.
Strong generalist skill set across qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Ability to translate data into practical, tactical product recommendations.
Strong communication and storytelling skills with a focus on clarity and structure.
Experience working in cross-functional product teams.
Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
