Room Attendant (THA) -2

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to hotel standards and procedures.
• Make beds, change linens, and replenish guest room amenities and supplies.
• Clean bathrooms, floors, furniture, windows, and fixtures.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Ensure all guest rooms are properly prepared and ready for occupancy.
• Respond to guest requests in a courteous and timely manner.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, equipment, and storage areas in a clean and organized condition.
• Follow hotel security, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times.
• Handle lost and found items according to hotel policies.
• Support deep-cleaning projects and other housekeeping duties as assigned.
