Discover more via our website. Your next career opportunity In this role, you will translate service design decisions into clear role and ways-of-working guidance. You will support enterprise-wide service improvement by creating documentation that enables consistent, sustainable service delivery. What you will deliver: Prepare clear, structured role and ways-of-working documentation aligned with agreed service models and outcomes. Collaborate with Service Improvement Leads and project teams to clarify roles, responsibilities, and expectations from designs. Review inputs, synthesise findings, and prepare design artefacts under guidance from the Service Improvement Lead. Develop and maintain capability-related documentation, including role expectations and inputs to learning and development plans. Engage stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document information that supports downstream HR and change planning. You may be a great fit if you : Hold qualifications or equivalent experience in service improvement, business analysis, systems thinking or related areas. Bring practical experience supporting service improvement or service design initiatives within large, complex organisations . Understand service improvement and design approaches and apply them to documentation, analysis, and design activities. Gather and synthesise qualitative and quantitative information to produce clear role and ways-of-working artefacts. Support workshops and interviews by preparing materials, capturing outcomes, and translating discussions into structured documentation. Demonstrate strong written communication, collaborative working style, and a growth mindset in evolving project environments. For further information please refer to the attached PD's.
