Qualify candidates through structured screening, assessing technical fit, communication, motivation, and role alignment.
Lead candidate engagement: communicate clearly, build trust, and provide a high-touch candidate experience from first contact to offer.
Drive offer processes: negotiate compensation expectations, manage closing, and support onboarding readiness.
Partner closely with hiring managers to calibrate profiles, advise on talent-market insights, and accelerate hiring outcomes.
Maintain accurate pipeline and recruiting activity tracking and continuously improve sourcing and selection effectiveness.
Experience hiring W2 candidate, well versed with VISA and US Tax Terms
US recruitment experience only (IT recruiting focus).
Ability to work aligned to US Eastern Time: **6:30 PM IST - 3:30 AM IST**.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive, self-driven approach with strong sourcing expertise.

BA/BS degree and 4-6 years' relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
