Senior Accountant to Manager - Business Advisory

We're seeking an experienced Senior Accountant or Manager to join our Business Advisory team for the Busselton Office to join a practice team in managing a client base. This role requires a forward thinking and ambitious professional who communicates well with people and uses their technical knowledge for the benefit of a diverse client base. This is a leadership role where you'll manage and mentor a team, deliver exceptional client service, and contribute to the growth of our practice. You'll work closely with partners and clients across diverse industries, providing strategic advice, preparing financial statements, and overseeing tax compliance. For Manager level, you'll also lead workflow planning, review complex work, and drive business development initiatives.
