Responsibilities
Quality Control & Documentation. Ensure quality control procedures on equipment; keep daily Log Sheets, including documentation of inpatients, finishes, new courses, new patients, electron patients, and non-malignant cases; keep necessary records for department statistics

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of 2 year Radiation Therapist Program
Required Licensure/Certification: NYS Licensure as Radiation Therapist required OR must hold NYS permit and obtain licensure within six months of hire.

SCHEDULE: M-F; Schedule rotation of 8 am - 4:30 pm, 7:30 am - 4 pm,7 am - 3:30 pm.
On Call: after 6 months of employment, weekend on-call rotation every 7 weeks
