As a Patient Care Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for patients and a key contributor to smooth daily operations. Responsibilities include:
Patient check‑in and check‑out with accuracy and professionalism
Greeting patients warmly and delivering excellent customer service
Managing phones, scheduling, and front‑office workflow
Supporting providers and clinical staff in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
Using EMR systems to document and process patient information
Multitasking effectively while maintaining attention to detail
Required Experience & Skills
3-5 years of experience in a Healthcare Front Office role
Healthcare background required
Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑oriented attitude
EMR experience required (Athena preferred but not mandatory)
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced setting
Comfortable interacting with high patient volumes daily
Ability to lift/move up to 10 lbs frequently and up to 25 lbs occasionally
