Lead the pursuit and delivery of ODOT, city, and county roadway and transportation projects.
Develop scopes of work, fee proposals, project budgets, and schedules.
Manage project financials, track progress, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Oversee and provide quality control for roadway, highway, and interchange design, including plans, specifications, and estimates.
Perform and review design computations for urban and rural highways, interchanges, intersections, traffic management, and ADA-compliant infrastructure.
Manage the preparation of planning documents, community engagement, engineering reports, plans and specifications for major and minor projects.
Coordinate projects with clients, contractors, outside consultants, the general public, and firm staff.
Communicate and interact with project team members, client representatives, review agencies and others as appropriate to project.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Active Professional Engineering License
10+ years of experience working on/leading ODOT projects
Experience with roundabout design
hands-on experience using Civil 3D, OpenRoad Designer, and roadway design software is a plus.
Salary Range:
The minimum salary for this position is $125,000.00. Actual salary is based on the circumstances of each position and candidate, such as geographic location, skills, and certifications.
