Job Purpose 法務部門拡大に伴い、法務部員として、社内の各部門と信頼関係を築きながら、法令等の専門知識とビジネスへの深い理解に基づいた法的助言及びソリューションをステークホルダーに提供することで、当社が健全にビジネスを前に進めていくことに取り組みます。また、法務部門はグローバル組織の一員であり、日本のビジネスの要請とグローバル組織とのアライメント等多面的なバランス感覚が求められます。 Job Responsibilities 法務部員として、AIG Japanの各社に対し、主に以下の分野に関する法的助言、問題解決策等の提供を行います。法律とビジネスを深く理解し、一方で会社を守る盾の機能を果たしながら、会社が前に進むために道を切り開く武器の機能を果たす職責を負います。主な職務は以下のとおりです。 ・保険取引等に関する法的助言 ・契約等文書審査業務、作成等業務 ・法律等改正に対する各種対応 ・潜在的な法律問題の発見、調査、解決等 ・外部法律事務所の管理 等 Key Relationships Internal Interactions (Within the Organization) 営業、商品、損害サービス、オペレーション、ファイナンス等を始めとした社内全部署 External Interactions (Outside the Organization) 法律事務所、必要に応じて当局・協会 Required Skills and Experiences Educational Qualification 大学卒業 法学士またはそれに準じる学位（あれば尚可） Specific Qualifications 法曹資格（あれば尚可） 保険業法等の関連法令の知識（あれば尚可） ビジネスレベルの英語力（あれば尚可。ただし英語学習の意欲があることは必須） 論理的思考力 コミュニケーション力 Total Experience インハウスロイヤーとしての実務経験、特に保険業界における実務経験（あれば尚可） At AIG, we value in-person collaboration as a vital part of our culture, which is why we ask our team members to be primarily in the office.
