Drive the growth of the OPE business across Hungary in line with company strategy
Develop and manage relationships with distributors and dealers, ensuring strong alignment and sales performance
Actively support product demonstrations, trainings, and customer events
Increase dealer engagement, capability, and sell-through performance
Build and manage a portfolio of large and strategic accounts
Execute sales plans, achieve revenue targets, and deliver qualitative KPIs
Identify new business opportunities and accelerate market penetration
Lead commercial negotiations with key customers and partners
Ensure consistent promotion of Milwaukee products and solutions across all channels
Effectively use CRM tools to manage pipeline, activities, and customer data
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams across the CEE region
Represent the company at trade shows, events, and industry meetings
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of B2B sales experience , with proven success in commercial roles
Strong experience in distribution/channel management , combined with exposure to end users
Background in OPE, power tools, garden equipment, or related technical industries
Demonstrated ability to work with large accounts and complex stakeholders
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
Ability to work independently in a field-based role and manage a national territory
Customer-focused with a proactive, results-driven attitude
Technical aptitude and ability to present product solutions effectively
Experience with CRM systems and MS Office
Fluent Hungarian and working knowledge of English
Valid driving license
Willingness to travel extensively across Hungary

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (OPE) to drive the growth of Milwaukee's Outdoor Power Equipment business across Hungary.
This role combines strategic market development and distributor management . You will be responsible for expanding our market presence by working closely with distribution partners and dealers.
This is a field-based role covering the entire country, focused on building long-term business, developing key accounts, and executing the company's strategic priorities.
