Perform data analysis to support financial analysis, payment analysis, marketing analysis, product performance, customer behavior analysis, and business operations.
Build and maintain recurring and ad-hoc reports/dashboards using business intelligence tools or other automation tools.
Translate business questions into analytical tasks and deliver clear, data-driven answers and recommendations.
Support root cause investigations for anomalies and contribute to continuous improvement of reporting accuracy.
Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and other teams to ensure smooth data pipeline and reliable reporting.
Support the integration of AI tools (e.g., LLMs) into reporting and analysis workflows under guidance from senior team members.
Document metrics definitions, dashboard logic, and report processes for consistency and transparency.
