Role Overview: As a ServiceNow ITOM Consultant, you will design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow solutions for telecommunications clients, driving system integrations, CMDB governance, process automation, data quality, testing activities, and successful customer adoption while collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality business outcomes. Role insights: Integration of external systems with ServiceNow platform whit focus on telecom industry. Develop and maintain detailed technical and process documentation. Establishing and maintaining the CMDB; managing data with import sets, updates sets and transform maps. Integration of external systems with ServiceNow platform. Data Management and Quality Assurance. Process analysis and automation. Perform System Integration Testing. User acceptance testing, transition and knowledge transfer to customers. What makes you unique: Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM, including Discovery, CMDB, and CSDM design, implementation, and optimization. Hands-on experience with ITSM process implementation and customization. Knowledge of TNI and TSOM solutions, including configuration and process adaptation. Excellent communication skills and ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including routers, switches, access points, IPv4, and IPv6. Experience performing system health checks, troubleshooting complex issues, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing preventive measures. Working knowledge of Java and JavaScript. Good understanding of Windows and Linux environments. Experience with Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL). Fluent English, both written and spoken.
