This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years' experience looking to build their technical capability across financial reporting, tax compliance, and client service, while progressing toward a senior pathway. You'll work closely with experienced professionals and gain hands-on exposure to a broad client base. Your responsibilities will include: Assist in the preparation of financial statements in line with accounting standards Prepare accurate workpapers and supporting documentation Review financial statements and management accounts for accuracy Prepare income tax returns for individuals, companies, and trusts Apply tax compliance procedures and assist with tax planning Support regulatory lodgements and ensure deadlines are met Technical Development Apply knowledge of accounting standards, legislation, and industry trends Help identify accounting issues and support their resolution Client & Team Contribution Deliver reliable and timely service to clients Build understanding of client needs and business environments Collaborate with your team and contribute to a positive culture About you: You're someone who has: 1 + years in a similar role Strong Communication Skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Desirable Commenced CA/CPA (or intention to start) Life at RSM: RSM provides a great environment to build skills and confidence and we help our people achieve their best.
