About the Client Delivery Trainer: The Client Delivery Trainer leads the end-to-end design, delivery, and management of enablement training for MarketStar client teams. This role serves as the training point of contact for the assigned client program; ensuring that training delivery meets world-class standards and directly supports business growth. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in sales, facilitation skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process to foster a high-performing & development-focused training culture. Location: Salt Lake City, UT - Hybrid What Will You Do? Training Delivery & Facilitation - Lead and deliver program-specific onboarding that equips new hires to ramp quickly and perform confidently. Facilitate training aligned to MarketStar and client expectations across product knowledge, sales methodology, roleplay progression, and certification readiness. Learner Performance Management - Drive learner readiness and accountability throughout onboarding by monitoring engagement, coaching performance, reinforcing expectations, and ensuring a successful transition from training to the production floor. Certification Execution - Execute the certification strategy from readiness through completion, including mock calls, knowledge validation, performance calibration, and go-live recommendations in partnership with Team Leads and QA. Stakeholder Partnership & Enablement Alignment - Build strong partnerships with Program Managers, Team Leads, QA, and client stakeholders to align training execution to business priorities, performance expectations, and evolving program needs. Mentorship Program Execution - Lead the mentorship experience post-training by driving structured skill application, coaching opportunities, shadowing, and feedback loops that reinforce learning and accelerate confidence in role. Content Strategy & Development - Design, build, and continuously evolve impactful learning materials including facilitator guides, participant resources, knowledge checks, call frameworks, and scalable enablement assets that support learner success. Training Effectiveness & Performance Insights - Measure training impact through learner performance data, certification outcomes, business metrics, and stakeholder feedback to evaluate effectiveness and inform strategic improvements. Everboarding & Continuous Enablement - Deliver ongoing enablement that addresses performance gaps, reinforces key behaviors, and supports continued skill growth based on business trends, floor insights, and client priorities. Continuous Improvement & Performance Optimization - Identify learning opportunities through feedback, quality trends, and business performance data, then implement targeted improvements to strengthen training outcomes and increase effectiveness over time. Training Program Execution - Execute onboarding and enablement programs from kickoff through completion, ensuring learners, leaders, tools, and resources are prepared to deliver a high-quality training experience. Resource & Program Support - Lead training initiatives through effective planning and stewardship of program resources, materials, and budget allocations to enhance learner experience and team engagement.
