2-3 years of experience in a retail or merchandising capacity, or related experience in a fast-paced environment.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, including VLOOKUP.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Position Summary
The Merchandising Coordinator is a key role reporting to the Planning Manager and partnering closely with Product Development, Logistics, and the vendor community. This position supports the execution of daily merchandising and planning activities, helping ensure category initiatives are implemented smoothly through established administrative processes across internal departments and external partners. The role is responsible for order operations, file coordination, vendor communication, and basic analysis that supports informed decision-making and issue resolution.
Job Essentials
Learn and use internal systems to create, process, and implement purchase orders across multiple items and categories.
Track shipment issues weekly and daily as needed and recommend solutions to support timely execution.
Support the initiation, development, and ongoing maintenance of buy plans.
Coordinate item setup across multiple styles and locations with flexibility and attention to detail.
Build strong relationships with the vendor community to resolve issues and develop action plans in partnership with the Planning Manager and internal teams.
Manage vendor inquiries through completion and identify opportunities to improve processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Logistics, Product Development, E-commerce, and Accounts Payable, to support efficient purchasing operations.
