Address behavioral health needs to support family functioning and stability.Implement and adjust evidence-based intervention strategies to align with family goalsCollaborate with peers, DCP&P, and other community providers to ensure continuity of care and support for the family.Complete necessary documentation required for Youth Villages Intercept program and Acenda.Operates conscientiously in accordance with program budget (i.e., use of client engaging funds, office supplies).Performs other related duties as assigned.Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in social services with at least one year of experience in counseling or case management required.
- Experience working with children and families, particularly families involved with the child welfare system and/or affected by trauma preferred.
- Ability to facilitate positive interactions and work collaboratively with families.
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills.
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, use of an insured vehicle and an acceptable driving record.
- Preferred:
- Master's degree in field of counseling, psychology or social work
- Additional Information
- Base rate: $27.41/ hourly
- Bilingual Rate: An additional $1.50 added to the base rate if Spanish proficient.

- Schedule: evenings required, possible weekend on call rotation

Job Overview
This position is responsible for providing intensive home-based services to families; completing all required documentation related to families such as bi-weekly treatment plans, weekly session notes, and ongoing clinical assessments; and participating in weekly supervision/ professional development, weekly group supervision and clinical case consultation calls.

Program Info
Our Intercept program serves a broad population of youth, including those involved with multiple child-serving systems and those at high risk of removal from their families. The program specializes in diverting youth from out of home placements by helping their families safely maintain youth in their home environment. This position is responsible for providing intensive home-based therapy to families in Burlington County and requires a flexible and non-traditional schedule, designed around the availability of the youth and families served.
