Day to day, you will: - Lead, coach, and support a team of Sales Development and Business Development colleagues to generate strong sales-qualified leads for new, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities. - Run regular one-to-ones, call reviews, and live coaching to build confidence, capability, and consistent performance across the team. - Use Salesforce, performance metrics, and AI-enabled sales tools to track progress, spot opportunities, and improve conversion from lead to opportunity. - Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Enablement teams to align on priorities, follow up campaigns, and keep the pipeline healthy and accurate. Your skills and experiences might also include: - Experience leading or coaching a sales development or business development team in a B2B or software environment. - Experience using Salesforce or similar customer relationship management systems to manage activity, pipeline, and reporting. - Confidence working with data, targets, and service level agreements, and turning insight into practical actions for your team. - An interest in using AI and new sales tools to improve how teams prospect, qualify, and engage with customers.
