Job Description Summary The Director of Marketing- Institutional, Hospitals & Clinics Gx Injectables role is accountable for the end-to-end development, execution and optimization of generic injectables and portfolio strategies across the institutional, hospital, and clinic channels. The Director will lead strategic planning, forecasting, and execution across pricing, contracting, portfolio positioning, life cycle management and go-to-market execution to drive sustainable sales growth, market share expansion, and long-term profitability within the highly competitive generic injectable landscape. Position Location: This position will be located at the Princeton, NJ US Headquarters site. Our Sandoz flexible hybrid working approach allows US office-based employees to work up to 50% of their monthly workday remotely. This role will not have the ability to be located remotely. Preference will be given to local candidates not requiring relocation. U.S. Work visa sponsorship not available for this role. Must have U.S. work authorization. Major accountabilities: Own the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies for the generic injectables' portfolio, aligned with enterprise objectives and P&L targets. Lead short and long-term portfolio strategy, including forecasting, launch planning, lifecycle management, supply positioning, and demand prioritization across IHC channels. Develop and optimize the marketing mix (pricing, contracting strategy, promotion, and channel execution) to maximize revenue, market share, and gross-to-net performance. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, GPO/National Accounts, Supply Chain, Finance, Regulatory, and Operations to ensure aligned execution and reliable product availability. Contribute to enterprise strategic business planning, including annual operating plans, long-range planning, and scenario modeling. Drive tactical program development and execution, ensuring measurable impact and strong return on investment (ROI). Analyze market dynamics, competitive intelligence, customer needs, and pricing pressures to inform strategic decisions and risk management. Key performance indicators: Demonstrated ability to drive growth and profitability in complex, margin-sensitive generic injectable portfolios Strong command of institutional market dynamics, including GPOs, IDNS, hospitals, clinics, and contract structures Proven cross-functional leader who can translate strategy into execution Data-driven decision maker with strong financial and ROI orientation What you'll bring to the role: Required Qualifications: Education : Bachelor's degree. MBA or advanced degree (preferred) Work Experience: - A minimum of 7 years experience - Sales enablement - Process management. - Forecasting generic injectables - Experience partnering and managing large external organizations. - Experience working cross-functionally and trans-nationally. - Project Management. - Operations Management and Execution. - Compliance and governance Leading within large and/or diverse multi-functional teams.
