Main Duties & Responsibilities Corporate EHS support for commercial units (mainly in south-est Europe) and plants (whole Europe) Organize safety activities for commercial team, i.e. customer site safety inspection and Risk assessments, sales trainings (content preparation and delivery), ad hoc daily support. Support the Corporate EHS team for: internal audits as per ISO 14001, ISO 45001, RC 14001. plants related Security and vulnerability assessments, trainings, ergonomics assessments. Contribute to drive Corporate EHS programs implementation, EHS Objectives & Targets implementation, monitor program effectiveness. Lead incident / accident reporting and investigations. Perform data analysis and reporting as needed. Knowledge Experience and Education Requirements: - Bachelor's or master's degree in chemical engineering, Chemistry, Safety Engineering and other technical ones. - EHS Certifications based, as a minimum, on own country requirements - 3-5 years of EHS experience in Industrial environment (chemical industry and / or manufacturing background is a plus) - Proficient English written and spoken. - Thorough knowledge of regional EHS regulations relevant to the chemical industry - Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (especially Word, Excel and Power Point) Car Driving license. Technical knowledge and Skills: - Familiar with safety programs including chemical management, JSA, Behavior Safety, Fall Protection, Hot Work, Confined Space, Line Breaking, Lockout Tag-out, Defensive Driving, Ergonomics. - Willing to travel up to 30% of working time. - Self-starter with ability to think and act independently and to make sound recommendations. - Ability to work independently or as part of a team. - Good analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization. - Ability to interface with external contacts in different countries/cultures. - Proved efficient time management and on time delivery of assignments. - Ability to train others on basic systems and processes. - Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
