The primary function of the Communications intern will be to assist with various tasks helping to ensure smooth Communications operations. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Support with social media content creation and editorial calendar Prepare and edit stories for internal and external platforms, newsletters, etc. Assist in preparing information and materials; Create and maintain PowerPoint presentations Maintain communications boards and information posted around the plant Manage databases and input information, data, and records Update company calendars Support employee engagement activities Support with department requests for edits, creating surveys, etc. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE Currently enrolled in accredited local University Program Pursuing a degree in Communications or related studies 2.8 GPA or higher Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
