Schedules internal and external meetings. 5. Supports and administers different HR functions and programs. Manages data within the HRIS and other systems. Supports processes such as on-boarding, benefits eligibility and entitlement, workforce administration, position control, pay administration, etc. 6. Produces correspondence, communications and prepares weekly, biweekly and monthly reports. 7. Maintains employee data in HR system and ancillary HR systems. Ensure personnel information is accurate and adheres to department standards. Optimizes data quality by conducting regular audits and ensuring employee data is kept up to date and accurate.
